Then how about at least using a little more ink and telling me when it would be ready? Or do we play return mail tag until it is ready? Or even more intelligently how about if you hold on your desk until it is ready. It's sad how pitiful our government is run versus private sector.
Inept. I submitted an application duly completed along with a check and self addressed envelope for a certified copy of my moms death certificate. It was a couple of weeks after her death.
Really? What kind of thought process would make that seem like a good idea?

Instead of the certificate, I received in the mail my original check, completed form in the self addressed envelope with a sticky note that said "This record is not ready"
